Badger approached us with an innovative hardware product: a sleek, magnetic NFC badge for professionals. The product allowed for instant sharing of contact details, portfolios, or WiFi credentials with a simple tap. However, the companion app experience was clunky and failed to communicate the product's value.
Challenge
The main hurdle was creating a seamless connection between the physical product and the digital app. The onboarding process was confusing, and users struggled to understand how to program and manage their digital profiles effectively.
Solution
We redesigned the Badger app from the ground up with a focus on simplicity. The new design featured a one-tap programming flow, intuitive profile management, and clear visual feedback that mirrored the physical "tap" action of the badge itself.
